hi can anyone tell me how to find the paint code on my vw sharan I am living in Spain and have looked under the carpet, under the bonnet, door panels etc. now pulling my hair out

hi have a vw sharan 1.8 turbo petrol runs fine temp gauge reads about 1/4 , but if your stuck in traffic for a while it rises to just over 1/2 and then it makes some strange noises from just below the dash/radio area inside like water bubbling and steamimg but as soon as you drive off after about 1/2 mile the temp gauge drops and the noise dissapears ???, any ideas folks ??

Hi
Can anyone explain to me what the difference is on the various dashpanel insert letter. I have a 2001 model with a 7m3 920 800 c dash panel. I have been offered a used 7m3 920 840 n dash panel. Does anybody now if this panel can correspond with my ECU?
I suspect that there can be some difference in dash panel inserts with regard to the number of digit in the distanse number. Can anyone please advise me on which dashpanel I can use for my car?

Intermittent fault sometimes it starts ok. i know it only works when the outside temp is below 10 deg C & the water temp is below 70 deg c. last year the glow plug was changed due to smoking. The ECU reported an over temprature fault since the problem started
