I cannot open WIRING HARNESS FOR CONVERTIBLE TOP FRAME OPERATION. It says that I am not registered, but I am. Help!!!

Can anybody tell me where to find this part: 321 819 031
It should be a fanblower motor for a Golf MK1
I`ve searched but cant find it.

Does anybody from Slovenia have the Luftmesser (air volume meter) for Golf Cabriolet 1996 to test it, because I am not sure if the luftmesser is the problem? The code of the air volume meter is 037 906 461B AFH60-10A HITACHI
