I couldnt understand what is the meaning of "CH." and "J.." marks on the model column?

a3 turbo overboost condition
anyone know what the problem will be as my a3 tdi sport 140 keeps going into limp mode and giving a fault code of

16618 - Boost Pressure Regulation: Limit Exceeded (Overboost Condition)
P0234 - 000 - -
