Halloo everybody in´da world! I have a probleb with powersteerin noise!? When turning steering wheel to the left end, then coming somthing hydralic noise! Steering rack exchanged! Powersteering pressure switch exchanged! What next!?

Hi Can someone help me please. I have a S-Reg Silver Audi A3 1.6 Petrol Manual. I have started having problems engaging gears - particularly 1st and 3rd. I have been told the original gearbox in this car has a fault in it which can cause all sorts of problems. I have changed the gearknob and gaiter but I\'m pretty sure that would\'nt cause the problem even though the problem only started happening after I did that. The problem is that when I\'m trying to get the car into 1st gear - the gearknob won\'t slot in. Doesn\'t happen always but 1 in 5 times. It has also started to happen when trying to get into 3rd gear. I get around this problem by going into 2nd and then into 1st. Does anyone have any ideas what is causing this problem. Please tell there is an fix without having to buy a new gearbox which I am dreading. Also can someone tell me what part number the original gearbox is and also what part numbers are compatible? I typed it in on here but it doesnt really make much sense to me. Many Thanks in advance and hope someone can help me. Thanks again Daz

some who can help me with some telephone number or an email , so i can get a personal talk about how to find some pieces for my car (audi s3 mod 2000) . And how can i bring it to mexico. Because my problem is that i need to repair my car with some pieces that here in mexico are very expensive. Thats why i am coming with vagcat to find that pieces more cheap. but i wish that i could know what is the price i need to cover to traslate that american parts to my country and all the steps i need to get covered so i can do that.. .. any sugestions or answers i will apreciate that a lot. Hello, can anybody help me to find some pieces and its price?. These are the pieces:( all for an audi s3 mod 2000 quattro ... thanks 1. chute deflector intercooler left and right for audi 2. Turbine with hose 3. cover battery, with their fuse box 4. upper deck cover for battery 5. right intercooler (Through entry) 6. auxiliary valve that goes to the radiator thanks in advance for the information..
