my audi betls? please help me

Hi I have a 97 audi quatro 1.8 t. I have searched to find an answer everywhere. My car has 3 belts. 1. is the alternator belt i changed that. 2. AC belt, ac was removed so now there is no belt to change, BUT 3. there is another belt that is right in front of the alternator belt and look very old, can someone tell me what belt that is?

If it the smallest belt and exists under the alternator it is the power steering pump belt.
