brake system A4 1.8T 2003

All four wheel brakes holding pressure so wheels do not rotate, after system cools down pressure is released,disconected ABS sys but problem persist.THANKS FOR TOUR HELP..

you need a new brake servo and unblock the drain tubes in the plenum chamber
the plenum chamber fills with water and rusts the inside of the servo causing the fault you have

Check the brakepedal too, ex. try to lift it. Had that problem ones at a car (the brakeligtswith had been replaced).

Check the free travel at the pedal,it may be as simple as adjusting the switch if it works off the pedal lever.
