But where do I order these parts from?

If you have an Audi, from the Audi dealer near you. Same for VW. Some parts are available as equivalent made by the Original manufacturer, sold under the manufacturers label instead of VAG box. These are usually wear/maintenance items. Once you have a PN, use the PN in a Google search.
