Overheating Problem

Can anyone tell me what the normal temperature should be on a 1995 Passat 2.0L?
It used to always be under 200, but then I blew the head gasket and I had it replaced and now it goes up to 220. I already put in a new temp. sender.

Can anyone tell me why the window controller on my passat 1999 only works on the drivers window?
