No Power to fuel system

'94 polo 1.0l with 1.3 3f conversion, i dont seem to have power to the fuel pump in either the lift pump or main pump. what number is the fuel pump relay and where is it located?

on a mk3 polo, they are under the raintray next to the ECU / fusebox.

there are two relays, one is fuel pump, one is ECU. relay with one less pins is the fuel pump i think, they've got part numbers stamped on them

also! the fuel pump fuse is the lone spade type one one on top of the mk3 fuse box (instead of a bullet type one that goes inside fuse box)
