hello, please help me to know what voltage the alternator have to supply to the battery.is over 14 V?I have an diesel AVF motor 1,9 TDI(135 CP)

Hi, you need to measure the amperage not the voltage, generally over 14 volts is ok, but a cheap tool such as UK ebay no 160199644715 is the tool for the job.

Should have also mentioned you will be looking for + 20 amps at a fast tickover

13.8 volts is ok, over 14 volts the voltage regulator is faulty. this will then destroy the battery.

ceau!ar trebui sa masori,cte volti are,cand motorul este oprit,dupa aceea sa pornesti motorul,si sa masori din nou.Diferenta trebuie sa fie aproximativ 0,2 volti/celula de baterie,deci cam 1.20 volti.daca e mai mult,sau mai putin,sunt problem ecu regulatorul de tensiune!

14.2 volts is very ok for a good working alt.
