Luftmesser Golf Cabrio

Does anybody from Slovenia have the Luftmesser (air volume meter) for Golf Cabriolet 1996 to test it, because I am not sure if the luftmesser is the problem? The code of the air volume meter is 037 906 461B AFH60-10A HITACHI

if the air volume meter is at fault the easiest way to confirm it would be to disconnect it. this makes the car go into ''emergency' mode and will enable you to find the cause, f the meter is faulty you should find a difference in behaviour, when its conected and vice versa
