why are some numbers between (). if I look at the illustration FRONT WISHBONE LINK
WHEEL BEARING HOUSING
STABILIZER

Then you see number 9 and (9). What's the difference?

The parts represented by (xx) do not appear exactly as illustration. There might be an illustration of a LEFT side part, but the number for RIGHT is (xx) and it looks different, etc.
